Helen Devery's experience encompasses over 17 years of diverse planning and environmental work, including land use planning and regulatory compliance for clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. As JDW’s Land Use Planning Team Leader, Helen is responsible for managing a variety of land use planning projects including documentation under the National and State Environmental Policy Acts and preparing environmental impact statements; project management, coordination, and tracking; analyzing planning code and policy issues; developing ordinances; and facilitating projects and permits through the planning and development processes of federal, state, and local agencies. Helen’s experience as it relates to Washington’s subarea planning and adoption process is unparalleled.
