Information Technology Systems and Facility Coordinator

As JDW’s Information Technology and Facilities Coordinator, Ed is responsible for the technological and daily operations of our Portland and Vancouver offices. Ed makes sure that our data systems are in working order. He installs and maintains all our hardware and software, installs cable and new workstations, troubleshoots our computer hardware and software problems, trains our staff in how to use hardware and software, and provides general technical support for internet services. In addition to serving JDW’s technological needs, Ed also facilitates assembling, moving, and storing office furniture, and is responsible for remodeling JDW office, storage, and archive spaces as needed.
