Don has nearly 20 years experience in planning and environmental work, including land use and regulatory compliance for public and private sector clients. Don often manages a wide range of projects from start to finish simultaneously, and is known for his seamless project management and his happy clients. He is experienced with long-range and current planning projects, as well as environmental reports and studies. Don works with his clients to prepare growth management plans and to complete zone and comprehensive plan changes, site plan review applications, environmental impact statements, master plans, conditional use permits, and variances. He prepares permit applications, manages the preparation of necessary submittal plans and exhibits, and attends public hearings on behalf of clients.
