Derek collaborates with JDW Senior Planners on all aspects of project development and implementation. His responsibilities include completing permit applications, SEPA checklists, site plan review narratives, pre-application packages, and project research for JDW clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Projects that require quality research and detailed and concise analysis are his specialty. He is experienced with SEPA, NEPA, and growth management regulations.
